What you will do

• Develop and evaluate methods for assessing input material quality, including RNA extraction, DV200 profiling, H&E imaging, and RNAscope profiling.
• Pilot and adapt spatial transcriptomics workflows for high-throughput profiling of cultured cells.
• Implement imaging-based profiling methods such as 10X Xenium in combination with RNAscope and multiplexed immunofluorescence.
• Support self-service imaging instrumentation by providing user training for widefield, confocal, and light sheet microscopy.
• Troubleshoot assay issues, propose experimental directions, and support histology needs.
• Document, analyze experimental data, and present results during team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Background in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience with fluorescence microscopy and imaging.
• Strong wet lab skills and experience with tissue processing (histology) are required.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully within a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Experience in imaging or spatial genomics.
• Computational analysis skills.
