What you will do

• Dress and prepare models following the stylist’s direction and brand guidelines.
• Support the styling team in delivering consistent, on-brand looks for daily shoots.
• Maintain an efficient studio workflow to achieve daily production targets.
• Collaborate with the wider studio team to ensure a smooth and productive shoot environment.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s visual aesthetic through attention to detail in styling execution.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a Styling Assistant or in a similar fashion/studio role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, seasonal trends, and fashion styling.
• Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to make quick decisions on set.
• Advanced English communication skills.
