What you will do

• Design and lead the development of unique, engaging AI features for the Rufus shopping assistant.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to implement high-quality user experiences.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to drive innovation.
• Take full vertical end-to-end ownership of assigned features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the hiring process.
• Manage assigned tasks and on-call operational duties.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (excluding internships).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.

Nice to have
