What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-powered healthcare solutions to align with strategic goals.
• Translate clinical, business, and regulatory needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to evaluate AI model feasibility, performance, and associated risks.
• Conduct market research and user discovery with healthcare professionals and patients to validate opportunities.
• Establish success metrics and monitor KPIs through data-driven experiments and A/B testing.
• Ensure all products comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, specifically LGPD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy, preferably with AI-driven products.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, predictive models, and automation trade-offs.
• Strong domain knowledge of the healthcare sector (Healthtechs, hospitals, or healthcare operators).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Productboard, and Figma.
• Must be based in Brazil.
