What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across hirify.global Directorates based on strategic value and feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into structured AI workflows and technical architectural designs.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot solutions using Python and various AI platforms.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify and resolve organizational and technical bottlenecks.
• Represent the hirify.global in international AI forums and contribute to global AI governance and policy frameworks.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Public Policy or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in scoping AI use cases, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building applications using APIs.
• Experience with leading AI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, Mistral or Google) and understanding of RAG and agents.
• Fluency in either English or French, with knowledge of the other official language.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience working in international or multilateral environments.
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks and workflow automation.
