What you will do

• Define best-practice methodologies for programmatic audience strategy, bidding, and measurement across Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
• Codify operational standards into playbooks, SOPs, and the MyHorizons platform to scale capabilities without proportional headcount.
• Lead internal training programs, recurring workshops, and defined skill ladders for the DSP function.
• Partner with the product team to identify, scope, and test new programmatic features for the MyHorizons platform.
• Manage relationships with DSP stakeholders to secure beta access and conduct due diligence on third-party ad-tech vendors.
• Drive agency-wide adoption of programmatic channels and grow managed ad spend through improved methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep hands-on mastery of Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk, and a strong understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem.
• Proven track record of building programmatic methodologies and internal upskilling programs.
• Experience with campaign automation platforms and scoping/testing new product features.
• Working knowledge of clean rooms, specifically Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and offshore teams.
