What you will do

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in daily workflows.
• Oversee data entry accuracy for prescriptions received from providers and pharmacies.
• Manage the end-to-end success of patient prescription transfers.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient records and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Collaborate with management teams across different locations to streamline pharmacy operations.
• Field and resolve inquiries from independent pharmacies and major chains.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software systems.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Active pharmacy licenses in AK, AL, AR, CA, GA, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WV.
