• Design and evolve high-performance host and device APIs for the Metal Runtime.

• Drive API quality through thoughtful design and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with a focus on low-level systems programming.
• Experience with concurrency, memory management, and performance-critical systems.
• Ability to design clean, maintainable APIs and abstractions.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Austin, Santa Clara, or Toronto.
