AWS Neuron develops the software stack, including ML compilers and framework integrations, for hirify.global's custom ML chips, Trainium and Inferentia.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify adoption barriers and optimization opportunities for ML accelerators.
• Implement innovative solutions in the software stack alongside engineering teams.
• Develop and apply ML/RL approaches for kernel and code generation and optimization.
• Create advanced compiler techniques specifically for ML workloads.
• Build tools for accuracy and reliability validation to ensure system robustness.
• Design high-performance kernels optimized for AWS ML accelerator architectures.

Requirements

• PhD, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or related programming languages.
• Strong experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, numpy, scipy, Spark MLLib, or MxNet.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems like Hadoop or Spark.
