Salary: $405,000 - $485,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical design and delivery of enterprise-facing core products across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to translate enterprise customer workflows into shipped products.
• Set technical direction and standards for architecture, code quality, and team development.
• Partner with research to shape model evals and improve capabilities based on customer failure modes.
• Mentor engineers and elevate the overall technical bar through influence.
• Develop multi-player, asynchronous agents for complex, goal-oriented department processes triggered by webhooks, forms, or emails.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a Staff or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise or B2B full-stack products.
• Experience building AI applications and turning model capabilities into usable products.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise customers to drive technical decisions.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience improving domain-specific model capabilities and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building extensibility surfaces like plugins, integrations, and agent tooling.
• Exposure to both product-led growth (PLG) and direct enterprise sales.
