What you will do

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and reactivate inactive ones through targeted outreach.
• Expand the partner network by participating in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates regarding program updates, new features, and policies.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, promotional copy, and landing pages.
• Develop and launch affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of web analytics fundamentals and key metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU).
• Knowledge of traffic sources and affiliate payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
