What you will do

• Surface business intelligence insights by connecting information across teams, systems, and data sources.
• Partner with developers, researchers, and data analysts to solve challenging problems within a domain or across multiple domains.
• Work with technology teams on process design, workflow, and data management.
• Collaborate with research and trading teams on post-trade statistical analysis of trading performance.
• Broadcast key insights globally to connect decision making across regions.
• Produce research that educates and influences exchange decision making on market structure and product availability.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to link details across different data sources, processes, and departments to broader business impact.
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, and Linux.
• Practical understanding of database concepts and ETL pipelining.
• Engineering experience using programming languages for automation tasks (e.g., Python).
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
