What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable iOS build and release tooling, including Azure DevOps pipelines and release automation.
• Advance CI/CD performance by evaluating emerging tools and reducing build times.
• Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, and backend engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor and coach iOS engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Monitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI with deep knowledge of MVVM and VIPER patterns.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and API integration.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license as a condition of employment.
