What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics projects from planning through execution.
• Manage global inventory via ERP systems to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
• Develop predictive inventory forecasting models to support event needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with suppliers and carriers.
• Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, and tools for continuous improvement.
• Define and track KPIs related to inventory utilization and operational performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid or able to work from the office.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization.
• Proven experience in inventory management and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and complex projects.
