What you will do

• Own end-to-end projects from planning through execution to improve business efficiency.
• Manage global inventory control and functionality within the ERP system.
• Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks to support events and reduce dead stock.
• Define and track KPIs related to inventory value, utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, and tools from scratch.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex, high-pressure situations.
