What you will do

• Collaborate with regional leaders to track and accelerate Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) improvements.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, analyzing variances and assessing risks.
• Oversee Service Operating Model metrics and facilitate tiered governance routines.
• Manage regional performance dashboards and develop standardized reporting packs.
• Monitor EHS KPIs and drive corrective actions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Identify efficiency gains and standardize processes to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or service operations in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience engaging with remote or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK or Germany (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience in service delivery or field operations.
• Experience with P&L management.
