What you will do

• Lead features from concept to post-mortem, coordinating with art, narrative, and support teams.
• Create comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) from initial concepts.
• Design and balance system mechanics, including quest systems, event economies, matchmaking, and rating systems.
• Analyze game data pre- and post-launch to iterate on features with the Product Owner.
• Design and balance monetization offers based on audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with designers on UI/UX layouts and prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core games (specifically Battlers) and LiveOps practices.
• Experience applying a data-driven approach to LiveOps in existing projects.
