What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of meta features from ideation and GDD to implementation, post-analysis, and live operation.
• Act as the single point of ownership across legal, marketing, operations, and engineering for assigned features.
• Write clear, well-structured GDDs and one-pagers, defending solutions through multi-stage reviews.
• Design and evolve meta-systems including progression, monetization, Battle Pass, events, clans, and leagues.
• Create core mobile-specific UX wireframes and flows, overseeing final mockups.
• Collaborate with analytics to connect features to product metrics and validate their impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years in game design with real, end-to-end feature ownership.
• Hands-on experience designing meta-systems such as progression, monetization, and Battle Pass.
• Independent UX ownership, specifically designing and accepting mobile wireframes.
• Ability to write technical designs and make architectural decisions in partnership with engineers.
• Experience shipping at least one mid-core or large casual project to release.
• Proven track record of writing autonomous GDDs for complex features.
