What you will do

• Create and develop slot game concepts from initial idea through to successful release.
• Design game mechanics, bonus features, user flows, and the overall player experience.
• Prepare, maintain, and update comprehensive Game Design Documentation (GDD).
• Define tasks for Art, Development, and Mathematics teams and coordinate the implementation process.
• Research the iGaming market and analyze competitor trends to introduce innovative mechanics.
• Participate in game testing and iterate on features to improve product performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Game Designer in the slot games industry.
• Strong understanding of core slot mechanics (Free Spins, Hold & Win, Respin, Pick, Multiplier, Bonus Buy).
• Experience creating and managing GDDs throughout the entire production cycle.
• Proven ability to collaborate with mathematicians on game balancing and mechanics.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional distributed teams.
• Must be based in Poland, Georgia, Armenia, or Montenegro.
