What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit AI infrastructure opportunities.
• Define scopes for engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, and utility studies to evaluate prospective sites.
• Procure, manage, and coordinate external technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
• Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations to support acquisition and investment decisions.
• Develop and improve due diligence templates, playbooks, checklists, and review processes.
• Collaborate with Site Selection, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, or large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, and permitting.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the country in which you apply.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting hyperscale data centers or mission-critical AI infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
