Salary: €70,000–€84,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design of product experiences across digital touchpoints from strategy to final pixels.
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and product owners to co-create holistic solutions.
• Conceptualize and prototype new features and flows to validate and sell ideas.
• Develop high-quality visual systems, focusing on brand systems, typography, motion, and transitions.
• Present creative directions persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to uncover insights and shape the product vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally in consultancy or client-facing environments.
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, connecting business goals to design decisions.
• Expertise in visual design, including layout, typography, and UI systems.
• Strong interaction design skills with a clear understanding of user flow logic and responsive behavior.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
