What you will do

• Lead the Salesforce development team and conduct solution design reviews to ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and provide high-level estimations.
• Define and enforce coding standards for Apex and Lightning, maintaining code quality through rigorous reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee the Salesforce integration strategy, managing connectivity with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Coordinate sprints, release planning, and task assignments while managing team capacity.
• Mentor and coach team members through 1:1 meetings and individual development plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 2+ years in a senior or lead role with responsibility for architectural decisions and team mentoring.
• Proven expertise in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions and deep knowledge of security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce DX pipelines.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.
• English: B2 or higher required

Nice to have

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, or JavaScript Developer I).
