What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day technical health of SAP systems including S/4, BW, and PO.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across ABAP, HANA, and integration layers.
• Monitor and optimize HANA databases and perform capacity planning.
• Support technical initiatives such as S/4 upgrades, migrations, and data archiving.
• Drive simplification and standardization of the SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external partners on technical decisions.

Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven SAP Basis experience in complex enterprise environments.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Basis/NetWeaver architecture and administration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA database administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset.
