Senior Consultant/Lead Developer (Mendix)

Senior Consultant/Lead Developer (hirify.global): Advising and implementing technical solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on hirify.global platform integration and digital innovation. Focus on guiding customers through complex transformations, building Human-AI workforce solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Rotterdam) with travel across the EMEA region.

Salary: €76,600–€145,700 (including 20% annual incentive target).

• Drive innovation through hirify.global technology implementations for enterprise clients.
• Guide customers in creating a Human-AI workforce.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from project planning to successful adoption.
• Empower and train customers and partners to become self-sufficient with the platform.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance platform capabilities.
• Share knowledge and best practices within EMEA-wide Communities of Practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform (Advanced certification preferred).
• Fluent in both English and Dutch.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, or SQL.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (GIT, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region to client sites.

• Experience with cloud-native and mobile technologies (Responsive, PWA, Native).
