✨Now we’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our team in Limassol office.

❤️What you’ll do:
• Design and deliver engaging employee events from concept to execution, creating memorable experiences and unique event formats.
• Partner with the Event Manager to develop creative concepts, activations, and continuously improve Mayflower’s event culture.
• Manage vendors, venues, contractors, and external partners to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications and Employer Brand to drive participation, engagement, and excitement around events.
• Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas, technologies, and best practices to continuously raise the quality of events.

❤️Who we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Strong creativity and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed events.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners.
• Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
