Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: From 55,000 EUR gross per year

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle projects to evolve ride types, coordinating HQ departments and Regional teams.
  • Own the business backlog by consolidating market research and advocating for business needs within the Product department.
  • Coordinate the selection of priority cities and oversee the execution of launches based on marketplace dynamics.
  • Manage analytical requests to support tariff performance, vehicle segmentation, and growth diagnostics.
  • Drive C-level reporting and deliver compelling business cases to senior leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Driver Operations, and Marketing teams for coherent planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.
  • Proven ability to manage backlogs and development cycles, speaking both "product" and "business" languages.
  • Strong proficiency in using large datasets to inform project decisions and measure impact.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics, marketplace dynamics, and pricing mechanics.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid).
