What you will do

• Plan and execute poker promotions, including tournaments, rake races, and leaderboards.
• Develop rules, prize structures, and marketing materials such as email copy and banners.
• Perform player segmentation and manage CRM campaigns.
• Analyze key performance metrics (retention, ARPU, ROI) to optimize promo mechanics.
• Collaborate with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming, poker, or game marketing.
• Deep understanding of poker formats and promotional mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (SQL or BI tools are a plus).
• Proven experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
• English: Working-level (B2) required
