What you will do

• Create and execute characterization and qualification plans for new products.
• Design hardware required for product testing and validation.
• Perform in-depth data analysis on test results to optimize yield and producibility.
• Interface with Test Engineering and manufacturing sites to ensure high-volume production quality.
• Implement DfX methods throughout the design process.
• Manage customer complaints and quality incidents using established tools and flows.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Recent graduate with strong growth potential and academic or internship experience.
• Proficiency in statistics and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
