What you will do

• Partner with strategic APAC customers to design and operationalize AI transformation roadmaps.
• Lead value discovery by mapping business KPIs to portfolio-level AI initiatives.
• Define reference architectures, integration standards, and AI design patterns.
• Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using hirify.global Cloud AI Studio and Copilot.
• Integrate AI components with customer CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Champion responsible AI design principles and apply guardrails to prevent bias in model responses.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in CX, CRM, or AI orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or AI process design.
• Proven expertise with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, JSON, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Must be based in Malaysia (Virtual Office).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with industry verticals such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, or Public Sector.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
