What you will do

• Craft comprehensive media materials including press kits, releases, media alerts, and case studies.
• Develop proactive and creative pitch angles based on industry trends and current news moments.
• Build and nurture relationships with influential tech journalists, editors, and industry voices.
• Contribute to strategic communication plans, defining tactics and timelines.
• Serve as the primary daily point of contact for clients, providing reporting and advisory.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of PR experience specifically within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of supporting technology clients and landing media coverage.
• Extensive existing network of tech media contacts.
• Excellent writing, pitching, and presentation skills.
• Strong account and time management skills to handle competing deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Tampa, FL.
