What you will do

• Own complex insider threat investigations end-to-end, from triage and evidence collection to employee interviews and leadership reporting.
• Lead detection efforts by prioritizing and correlating signals across SIEM, UBA, DLP, and endpoint detection technologies.
• Partner with Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to design processes that reduce insider risk and close control gaps.
• Refine alerting logic and develop scalable detection improvements while mentoring junior analysts on investigative tradecraft.
• Compose decision-ready risk assessments and briefs for senior leadership, translating technical findings into clear narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat, security investigations, counterintelligence, or fraud detection.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SIEM, UBA, DLP, endpoint detection, and log analysis.
• Proven track record of leading sensitive investigations involving employee matters and coordinating with Legal/HR.
• Ability to translate complex technical and behavioral findings into concise, decision-ready briefs for leadership.
• Working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and ethical frameworks governing insider threat programs.
• Must be located in the USA or Latin America.
