Location: Onsite in Fridley, MN (4 days a week). Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).

Salary: $107,200 - $160,800

What you will do

• Lead technical evaluations of field-observed product performance and conduct risk assessments.
• Analyze complaint data and reliability trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Partner with Medical Safety to assess potential patient harm and evaluate occurrence probabilities.
• Evaluate the reliability and risk impact of design, manufacturing, and software changes for released products.
• Serve as the technical lead for post-market quality processes, including CAPA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to solve field issues.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is mandatory at the time of hire.
• Ability to work onsite in Fridley, MN 4 days per week.
• Willingness to travel less than 10% for project collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated medical devices and ISO 14971 risk management.
• Proficiency in statistical methods for evaluating reliability and performance trends.
• Experience investigating product complaints and managing CAPA activities.
• Ability to interpret hardware, firmware, and software performance data.
