What you will do

• Design and build high-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks.
• Develop scalable layouts, visual systems, and reusable components for various customer scenarios.
• Translate creative briefs and content requirements into polished, production-ready files.
• Apply design judgment across typography, color, composition, and content hierarchy.
• Integrate AI tools into content and design workflows while maintaining creative oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to incorporate feedback and ensure design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience focused on presentations, templates, and business content.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and visual-design judgment.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled design or productivity tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (eligible for 401k and US-based benefits)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accessibility best practices for business documents and presentations.
• Experience designing tables, charts, and complex data visualizations.
