What you will do

• Design marketing materials, promotional assets, and digital ad banners for print and web.
• Produce and optimize vector designs and print-ready files for embroidery, DTG, and screen printing.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, video production, and e-commerce teams on campaign concepts.
• Create landing page graphics and visual content for educational blogs and tutorials.
• Manage and maintain an organized digital asset library.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong foundation in layout, color theory, typography, and brand design.
• Experience preparing print-ready files for commercial printing or apparel decoration.
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects across digital and print mediums.
• Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Miami time).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of embroidery digitizing software.
• Experience in custom apparel, textiles, or hardware manufacturing.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Experience with web design platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or Figma.
