Salary: $118,800 – $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
• Act as the engineering first responder for high-priority field issues, performing deep technical debugging and root cause analysis.
• Enrich issue tickets with technical context, logs, and reproduction steps to facilitate engineering resolution.
• Collaborate with core engineering to validate fixes and ensure regression verification.
• Analyze field issue patterns to identify systemic gaps in test coverage, observability, or product design.
• Contribute to automation frameworks and AI-assisted workflows to improve engineering throughput.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA
• Strong software engineering foundation with experience in distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience in software quality engineering, test design, and defect lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in investigating production systems using logs, monitoring tools, and observability platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs and client-server architectures.
• Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise device management (UEM) domains.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools like Cursor or Claude.
• Background in sustaining or field engineering.
• Experience building test automation frameworks.
