What you will do

• Lead the science roadmap for LLM-powered conversational ad projects.
• Build POCs, optimize models, and deploy them into production environments.
• Conduct online experiments and perform deep dives on data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with software engineers on technical designs and end-to-end implementation of production solutions.
• Research new machine learning approaches to drive scientific innovation.
• Mentor scientists and engineers and assist in recruiting technical talent.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehousing.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.

• Experience implementing algorithms using both existing toolkits and self-developed code.
