What you will do

• Curate variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations following ACMG guidelines.
• Analyze clinical genomics data and select variants for curation and confirmation.
• Draft clinical reports and ensure adherence to HGVS nomenclature guidelines.
• Assist laboratory directors and R&D teams with test validation and process refinement.
• Present findings and monitor test turnaround times.
• Participate in task delegation and occasional weekend rotations.

Requirements

• PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of professional variant curation experience.
• Familiarity with ACMG variant curation guidelines.
• Expertise in clinical medicine, genetics, genomics, or molecular biology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• MB(ASCP) certification.
• Experience in bioinformatics analysis and variant effect prediction algorithms.
• Knowledge of scripting languages.
