What you will do

• Manage information security personnel, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Oversee security technology products for network, systems, and data within cloud environments.
• Develop and implement department strategic plans that support corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, and FIPS-140.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and project management to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Communicate security threats and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania with the ability to work in an office environment.
• 7–10 years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or IT.
• 1–3 years of experience in staff management and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting security concepts to diverse audiences.
• Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ITIL.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
• Experience managing security functions using HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83 frameworks.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or SSAE 16 audits.
• Active participation in security industry organizations like ISACA, ISC2, or ISSA.
