What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Modernize manual reporting processes by converting Excel workbooks into scalable automated workflows.
• Optimize SQL queries, data models, and overall processing performance.
• Support production data preparation and model scoring for predictive analytics.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and ensure reliable operational execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or BI Developer.
• Strong SQL Server development and database management skills, including complex queries and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing.
• Experience with Databricks for production data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Ability to reverse engineer undocumented Excel reports and reconcile outputs against baselines.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with Power BI or Looker.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling (reporting marts, conformed dimensions).
• Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, or operational reporting.
