Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

• Build, extend, and operate AI-powered agents and workflows to automate vulnerability remediation tasks.
• Partner directly with development teams to drive vulnerabilities to closure and build security ownership.
• Triage and prioritize findings from SAST, SCA, and IaC scanners, filtering noise to surface immediate priorities.
• Integrate security validation into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Act as a security champion embedded across engineering organizations to normalize secure development practices.
• Support SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other compliance audits as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or automated pipelines.
• Working knowledge of software vulnerability classes, CVE assessment, and effective remediation.
• Deep understanding of the software development process and where security integrates.
• Ability to translate complex security findings into actionable language for developers.
• Must be based in the US and not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization.

Nice to have

• Extensive track record of building AI agents to solve real operational problems.
• Experience with SAST/SCA platforms at an engineering team level.
• Prior experience building or running a security champion program.
• Familiarity with AWS security services or general cloud environment security.
• Knowledge of application security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, NIST, and CVSS scoring.
• Previous professional software development experience.
