What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for clients, building trust and providing strategic counsel.
• Lead integrated campaigns across earned and influencer channels to support broader communications.
• Identify pop culture trends and translate them into culturally relevant client recommendations.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance creative strategy, media outreach, and campaign execution.
• Develop earned media strategies and execute brand partnerships and influencer programs.
• Manage daily workflow for multiple accounts and provide leadership and feedback to team members.

Requirements

• B.S/B.A in Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 6 years of PR agency experience.
• Expertise in influencer marketing, digital creative strategy, and deep knowledge of pop culture.
• Proven ability to drive earned media strategies and maintain strong media relations.
• Interest and experience in applying AI to content creation and campaign strategy.
• Must be based in or able to work in Tampa, FL (Hybrid model).
