What you will do
- Support technical onboarding of new customers to Cash and Derivatives Markets.
- Administer trading members, market makers, and other participants.
- Configure trading access and provide first-class support for member access to the Exchange.
- Manage client authorizations and registrations across various markets, platforms, and environments.
- Verify the operational status of market authorization tools and systems to support business continuity.
- Define or modify membership and access procedures and provide expertise in related projects.
Requirements
- University or master’s degree, ideally with knowledge of financial markets.
- Interest in financial markets and trading infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; capability to interpret numbers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team across different locations.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
