Vendor Risk Management (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own and maintain the group-wide vendor risk management framework across onboarding, periodic review, and offboarding.
• Align supplier controls with ISO/IEC 27001, internal risk policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee third-party security and risk assessments, including vendor criticality classification and risk-tiering.
• Record vendor risks, coordinate treatment plans, and track remediation with stakeholders and vendors.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Data Protection to embed security requirements into contracts and renewals.
• Produce governance reporting, support audits and certifications, and improve assessment methodologies, questionnaires, and scoring models.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in vendor, third-party, or supplier risk management.
• Strong understanding of information security and risk governance principles.
• Experience running structured vendor risk assessments and managing remediation.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex ideas.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, casino, gambling, financial services, payments, or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of sports betting markets, gambling regulations, and player behaviour.
• Familiarity with vendor risk platforms and frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and entities.
• Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
