What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives, from problem framing and strategy through shipped, polished UX.
• Unify the control tower experience by connecting agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one clear mental model.
• Drive the design side of PLG transition: self-serve onboarding, in-product education, and conversion experiences without a sales call.
• Work with real enterprise customers, observing challenges firsthand and designing for complex CX environments.
• Define design patterns, systems, and quality bars that other designers and engineers can build on.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of product design experience, with significant time on complex B2B/enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped (not only execution against a spec).
• Strong systems thinking: design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens.
• High agency and ability to rally people and drive work to done without waiting for permission.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact on complex products.
