Salary: $168,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own 24/7 incident response, SaaS customer operations, and change management to ensure platform reliability.
• Direct deployment and fleet operations across thousands of virtual machines, including weekly release delivery.
• Build succession and development plans to foster team growth and technical expertise.
• Advance AI-powered automation for incident remediation and internal tooling to reduce manual toil.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, and finance teams to align priorities and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• US citizenship and residency on US soil required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing 24/7 production operations for customer-facing SaaS environments.
• Experience operating within FedRAMP or comparable regulated compliance environments.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, AWS GovCloud, GCP) and distributed fleet management.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to solve business challenges and streamline workflows.
