Location: Must be based in Kelowna, BC, Canada ( Okanagan Campus)
Compensation: $6,949.92 - $9,992.50 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Centralized Co-op Education program at the Okanagan campus.
- Market the program to national and international employers to identify and secure co-op work opportunities.
- Provide career counseling and pre-employment training to students through individual and group sessions.
- Monitor student work terms, address workplace issues, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to ensure program alignment with academic standards.
- Manage program administration, including budget oversight, reporting, and development of application/assessment forms.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kelowna, BC, Canada
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of four years of related professional experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
- Must have access to a private vehicle for regional travel.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree with Co-operative Education experience.
- Experience working with Indigenous people/organizations and diverse student populations.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Experience in adult education design and career counseling.
