TL;DR
Content Marketing Specialist (CMS, CRO, AI): Building and continuously optimizing landing pages and websites to maximize conversion across the funnel with an accent on CMS development, A/B testing, analytics, and SEO. Focus on implementing page variants in HTML/CSS and JavaScript, deploying AI-driven content optimization tools, and improving UX, performance, accessibility, and conversion tracking.
Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid)
Annual base salary starting from: €56,000, plus variable remuneration in line with applicable policies.

What you will do
- Own the build and continuous optimization of landing pages and websites in the CMS.
- Design and implement A/B test variants from wireframe to live page using CMS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with Analytics to define and prioritize a data-driven testing roadmap.
- Support the rollout, configuration, and monitoring of AI-driven content optimization tools.
- Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, SEO implementation, and conversion tracking.
- Align landing pages with campaign intent and collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, product, sales, and brand stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in the role.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and standard CMS platforms.
- Experience with Figma and WordPress.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage critical situations.
