What you will do

• Observe and learn core manufacturing processes through on-the-job training and project assignments.
• Collaborate on the execution of critical operational projects.
• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to support process improvements.
• Interact with various hierarchical levels to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor area results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics Engineering obtained within the last 4 years.
• Less than 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
