What you will do

• Define and maintain the artistic direction and visual standards for lighting across the game.
• Collaborate with Lead Lighting Artists and cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Work closely with Technical Artists and Graphics Developers to implement and optimize advanced lighting systems.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to the lighting team to foster growth and high-quality output.
• Develop and refine tools and pipelines to improve lighting workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Royal Leamington Spa, UK.
• Extensive experience as a Senior or Principal Lighting Artist in the games industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting principles, color theory, and composition.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Deep technical knowledge of lighting tools such as Unreal Engine or Maya.
• Solid understanding of advanced lighting techniques and performance optimization.
