What you will do

• Create consistent high-quality gameplay character and creature animations.
• Apply animation principles including timing, weighting, and secondary motion to 3D assets.
• Clean, blend, and polish motion capture data to a high professional standard.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and interpret feedback to refine animations.
• Work with a custom game engine and internal tools.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior animators under lead direction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Maya, Motion Builder, or equivalent animation software.
• Strong understanding of acting techniques, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create realistic character and creature motion.
• Experience with Motion Capture data capturing, processing, and pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with technical animators on rigging and skinning.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
